Sun Peaks residents can attend Sun Peaks Elementary school. The Sun Peaks Secondary Academy (SPSA) offers a blended learning model to students in Grades 8 through 12 in a non-traditional classroom setting that values educational excellence, global stewardship and healthy outdoor lifestyles. This community-driven educational program blends distributed learning and our own classroom facilitator teachers to offer the B.C. curriculum here in our community.
The Sun Peaks Secondary Academy is operated by the Sun Peaks Education Society (SPES), a local charitable organization committed to providing quality community-based education. The SPES and Sun Peaks Secondary Academy could not operate without the generous donations of community members and the dedicated work of many volunteers.
