Sahali

Sahali is a neighbourhood in South Kamloops bordered by the Aberdeen and Downtown districts. It is home to most of Kamloops’ major grocery and big box stores. It is also site of one of British Columbia’s newest universities: Thompson Rivers University. The neighbourhood is the largest in Kamloops and consists of an Upper and Lower Sahali with all sorts of options for house style with schools mixed in and access to recreation out your doorstep.

Sahali Real Estate

The Sahali area has many different types of properties available. It is a desirable neighbourhood for many Kamloops residents and as such, the home prices tend to be more expensive as many are willing to pay more to live there. Lower Sahali is minutes to downtown, the hospital and TRU. Upper Sahali has fewer businesses and is mainly residential with spectacular views of the city.

Sahali Shopping/Services

Lower Sahali is home to many big box stores and grocery stores. Superstore, Save-On-Foods, Winners/Homesense, Bed Bath & Beyond and Toys R Us are located here including numerous other options. The Tudor Village is home to many businesses and professional offices.

Sahali Schools

In Lower Sahali, Beatty School of the Arts and Sahali Secondary School are two schools residents may attend. In Upper Sahali is the french immersion South Sahali Elementary School and there is also Summit Elementary and Albert McGowan Elementary.
