North Kamloops is a neighbourhood located immediately to the northwest of Downtown Kamloops across the confluence of the North and South Thompson Rivers. The Overlander Bridge is the main route into North Kamloops from the south.
North Kamloops has historically been Kamloops’ most socioeconomically disadvantaged neighbourhood, but in recent years market factors and revitalization efforts made by the City, community groups, and local businesses have begun to stimulate investment in the area, including the development of new commercial and residential real estate.
North Kamloops Real Estate
North Kamloops offers many different real estate options. There are many older single-family homes, townhouses, duplexes, condos, multi-family developments, mobile home parks and apartment units. Schubert Drive is a popular area for single-family homes along the river and multi-use river pathway. Homes cost significantly less in North Kamloops versus homes in South Kamloops so buyers can get more value for their investment.
