We couldn’t be more grateful to have sold and purchased with Andrew Karpiak. Any expectations we had about realtors prior to, were blown out of the water. Andrew took the time from the very beginning to get to know us as a family and he was so easy to get along with, he felt like he was part of the family. He mastered the art of “down to earth professionalism”. Every little detail was handled with the utmost of class, and he managed every detail with care and compassion, and still managed to make us feel like royalty through the whole process. Andrew was the KING of behind the scenes. He looked after every detail and answered every last question we had. And this was our first ever venture to the life in a strata complex so we had millions of questions that needed answers. He looked after the back and forth stresses of the down and dirty deal making, the mortage questions from the bank and the legal concerns from the lawyer, called us and said “It’s sold!” I kept thinking “this feels way too easy, did we really just sell and buy a new house”. There were challenges, as there are with any real estate transactions, but Andrew always seemed to have an answer for every curve ball and he always went the extra mile to make sure we ended up with purchase and a sale we were very proud of. This is not a man who takes just pictures posts them on the MLS and then says sign here. Andrew makes it look so easy but we know it’s not easy and we are ever so grateful for all he did to help us begin the next chapter in our life. We now enjoy the easy life of resort living at Tobiano, where it’s all about family fun time. Where else you can play a round of golf in the morning, ride your dirtbike to the Duffy Lake for lunch and have an evening boat cruise on the lake all in one day. I recommend Andrew with great confidence that he will make you feel like royalty too!!
